Refunds

Any new, unopened, and unused items purchased directly from our store and returned within 30 days may qualify a full refund of the cost of the item minus a 20% re-stocking fee. The consumer will be responsible for shipping the items back and the cost of shipping will not be refunded. All refunds require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which will be provided to the consumer upon contacting us. If the consumer returns the item without a RMA number, the return will not be processed. The consumer should expect to receive their refund within 30 business days upon receipt of the returned package.
If an item purchased is defective then the consumer must notify us within 15 days of receiving the shipment. If the consumer does not notify us within 15 days of receiving the shipment of the defect, then it is our discretion whether or not a refund will be issued. Upon notification, the consumer will be given an RMA number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the returned package.
Please Note: If the item is not received by us, then no refunds or replacements will be issued. Therefore, it is recommended to ship with a tracking number in the case where the item has not been received by us. The consumer has 15 days once the return authorization number is provided to return the unwanted item back to us. If the consumer does not return the item within the given timeframe, then the return will be voided. A return will not be reauthorized or processed once the 15 days have passed.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, there is no way to process an exchange on Amazon. The process of returning items for refunds must be followed. For non-defective returns, items should be in resellable condition, unopened and unused, to qualify for full refund.  Please read the respective Refund Policy pertaining to the item.

Shipping Charges
We will pay for the cost of shipping for the replacing and the returning of a defective item. In the case of shipping the defective item back to us, we will provide a pre-paid label to be used. If the label is provided but not used, we will not reimburse for the shipping cost. So please make sure to use the label, if one is not received, please notify us as soon as possible. If an item is non-defective, the consumer is responsible for shipping it back to us. Shipping cost will not be reimbursed. 

Cancellations
A consumer who wishes to cancel an order must contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order and the order must go through the refund process. The consumer will be charged a restocking fee and is responsible for the cost of shipping if the consumer still wishes to return the item.

Refused or Non-Deliverable Packages
For “refused” or “non-deliverable” returned packages, they will be treated as non-defective returns and refunded minus the 20% restocking fee and both shipping costs to and back.  

Non-Returnable Items - All software products that have been opened will not be refunded.
